Emotionally Moving Video

I saw this link on my friend Jamie's website and had to pass this video along. It moved me to tears. What a lovely example of a father's love! I would encourage you to watch it.

I had my walk study this morning. It is very telling when you do a physical test like this of the progress of lung deterioration. Today I really struggled to walk 522 feet and had to sit down a couple of times during the 6 minutes. Back in April I walked 900 feet and in October I was able to walk 1200 feet. We are hoping this may increase my lung allocation score to get me closer to transplant, we'll see what happens.

I still don't have results from the MRI, but did receive word that I will need an ultrasound of my liver tomorrow. It looks as though I will be here through the weekend, but I am okay with that, I just want to feel a little better.

Hi Nancy,
I have see the men on the video before. I think they were even on Oprah. It was really amazing, the dad took up running because it was his son's dream. I don't believe that he was even a runner before hand. Great video.

Hopefully your tests will get you that much closer to your new lungs.

Hey gal! i love that video. I actually used it to show youth at a recent retreat that god's love is very much the same and even greater.
We are praying that transplant date comes very soon. We know that god has great plans! Lots of love your way:)!

I hope you are able to feel better soon! I know excactly how you feel right now & not many people can say that and mean it! I think about you every day and check up you almost daily! Never let your limitations limit you!!

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
