We Made it to Pumpkinville!

We did make it to Pumpkinville yesterday, Hooray! It was a beautiful day and we had a great time. Today, I am laying low in preparation for my REAL Birthday tomorrow!

LOVE, LOVE the pictures of Pumpkinville! It looks like it was a fabulous day! It is hard to say which pics I like the best. I can't help but LOVE the one of your parents peeking their faces through with the long braids. They are all great! My first stop to your blog. What an inspirational story. I started a job about a year ago, and in my first week we had a department meeting and one of my coworkers received a call. She ran out because her husband found out he was going to receive a liver he needed. We will pray you get the same good news.

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. In the time since Jason and I started working together, a lot has happened.  We founded a charity for children and young adults with diabetes called the Jason Dunn Diabetes Foundation ( www.jasondunnfoundation.com ); we put together an 8 state tour to support this foundation; and now, we have launched a campaign through a website called Faith Launcher ( www.faithlauncher.com ) to help pay off the debt from Jason's new album, Abandon Progress, but also, hopefully, to raise money for our foundation. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
