Preparing for a Busy Week!

Hello friends!

I hope you have all had a wonderful weekend! I was able to get to Mass yesterday with my mom and did some good exercising here at the apartment. I have also started working on my 3rd book. I might be crazy, but I am also excited. I plan for it to be very similar to my first book, A Journey Toward Spiritual Peace.

We have a busy week ahead. I have several appointments tomorrow and Tuesday and we will be taking my friend Cammi's mom, Judy, out to lunch between appointments. Hopefully tomorrow I will get a button for my feeding tube. That will be so much nicer than the tube I have hanging out now.

I am really hoping that we can head home to Olean on Thursday after my 11:30 ENT appointment. I can't believe we may be home at this time next week. I just hope nothing changes to disappoint me. I haven't even discussed it with Hannah because I don't want to disappoint her. I'll keep you posted as the week goes on.

Things are just looking up for you! I wish you the best this week with your appointments and I hope all the news is good and promising!

Gosh, your first trip home with new lungs. I can only imagine how you will be overcome with emotion. You have waited patiently and worked so hard for this! I hope your first time home is everything and more for you! I look forward to hearing about it!

Keep up the great work! You truly are a living example of one of God's disciples! Thank you for inspiring me and many others along your journey!

Please Help!

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
