My 6 month Anniversary!

Can you believe it has been 6 months since my transplant? I have come such a long way and I am so grateful! I am thinking of my donor's family today, this is a milestone for me, but a very difficult day for them. May God bless them for the gift they gave to me!

Thanks and Congrats to you too!! I almost forgot what day it was today actually....the days just blend together so badly in the hospital. I must tell you that Cammi made me a super nice 'care package' and her mother brought it to me this morning. I was bummed a little because I was still sleeping and didn't get to chat with her mother. It was really nice though and Cammi seems like a great person. I have everyone praying for her!

You have come a long way for sure~ I wish I wasn't stuck in the hospital today so I could do a little more celebrating~ Do something extra special for me okay~

I LOVE the twilight books...the movies...not as much...but the music has really grown on me!

CONGRATS! WHAT A GREAT MILESTONE! Let's catch up on the phone REAL soon. I've been wanting to chat for two weeks now and it's been crazy around here. The kids got out of school yesterday so all the end of the year events are now complete! So, I will try and call this week. I'm so happy to see you feeling so well, camping and just ENJOYING LIFE! You're awesome!

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. In the time since Jason and I started working together, a lot has happened.  We founded a charity for children and young adults with diabetes called the Jason Dunn Diabetes Foundation ( www.jasondunnfoundation.com ); we put together an 8 state tour to support this foundation; and now, we have launched a campaign through a website called Faith Launcher ( www.faithlauncher.com ) to help pay off the debt from Jason's new album, Abandon Progress, but also, hopefully, to raise money for our foundation. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
