Procedure

Hello!

All went well with my procedure and they were able to open the space with a balloon alone. I will probably have to go back for this procedure again, but at least this first one worked. I am very tired and sore today, my glands in my throat are quite swollen and painful. My throat is also sore, but that is because they had to intubate me during the procedure because of the anesthetic they used. It sounds like there was already quite a bit of mucus build up behind this opening, so I need to get that out as soon as possible, but hopefully with the full opening I will be able to dislodge and cough it out.

Thank you for all your prayers. I am going to just take it easy now.

Sounds like you had a pretty rough day! Get some rest, and keep us posted when you feel back to your ol' self :) I am happy that it all went well and hopefully this will make you feel better~

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
