Help Me Celebrate my One Year Re-Birth Day!

Dear friends,

My one year Re-Birth Day is quickly approaching. On December 10th I will celebrate one year with new lungs. It is so hard to believe it has been a year. What a roller coaster! I have so much to celebrate this year and I was hoping you would join me in the celebration.

You may remember last Christmas I donated toys in honor of many of my family members to Toys for Tots. This is a very important thing for me, knowing that every child will wake up Christmas morning with something special under the tree. I have already made my purchases, and would like to ask you to do the same. Would you honor my miracle of new lungs and my one year anniversary by donating a new toy to Toys for Tots for me? If you are willing, please let me know what you donated and I will share all of the gifts you purchased in my honor next week on my special day.

Please join me in making Christmas a little more special for children in need.

I will gladly join you in this celebration. Our kids use their money every year to donate a toy of their choosing! This year, Britney will be buying a baby to donate and Blake will be buying some Legos to donate. They are their favorites so it only makes sense to pass along something they love!

Nancy, I donated a Vetech Helicopter for 1 year olds. I also donated a large bag of "slightly" used baby toys.

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. In the time since Jason and I started working together, a lot has happened.  We founded a charity for children and young adults with diabetes called the Jason Dunn Diabetes Foundation ( www.jasondunnfoundation.com ); we put together an 8 state tour to support this foundation; and now, we have launched a campaign through a website called Faith Launcher ( www.faithlauncher.com ) to help pay off the debt from Jason's new album, Abandon Progress, but also, hopefully, to raise money for our foundation. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
