Happy New Year!

Wow, can you believe it is 2010 already! What an amazing year 2009 was for our family, I can only imagine what 2010 will bring.

Last year I was starting a new life. I would learn to breath without oxygen, to be alone again, to care for myself and my family, to re-learn independence and confidence, to realize how it feels to live healthy, and finally to appreciate the gift of every new day.

This year I start out with a full bag of lessons and the desire to live each day to the fullest, praising God for all He has done for me and giving back to all those whose prayers made this possible.

Thank you for your prayers and support in 2009, may your 2010 be filled with love, joy, peace, and many blessings! All my love!

It's amazing to look back and see how far you have come :) We are so Thankful God loves us so much that he gives us trials, and blessings to make us become our best!

Please Help!

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. In the time since Jason and I started working together, a lot has happened.  We founded a charity for children and young adults with diabetes called the Jason Dunn Diabetes Foundation ( www.jasondunnfoundation.com ); we put together an 8 state tour to support this foundation; and now, we have launched a campaign through a website called Faith Launcher ( www.faithlauncher.com ) to help pay off the debt from Jason's new album, Abandon Progress, but also, hopefully, to raise money for our foundation. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
