We're Home!

I wanted to let you all know that we got home last night after a wonderful 10 day vacation!  I can't wait to share pictures and stories with you, but first I have to get us unpacked, re-settled at home, and get some groceries.  Hopefully I can get our pictures organized in the next few days and then share our trip with all of you!

THE SURGERY IS COMPLETE!!!

The surgeon just came to let us know that the surgery went well and that Nancy did well.  They should be bringing her to post op and we may be able to see her in about an hour!!  What can I say, we are all in awe of the talent and skill of these remarkable surgeons and the life giving technology that exists today!  I'll post again after we have had an opportunity to see her.  She's on the other side of the mountain now and though there will be some peaks and valleys ahead over the next few days, she has the will and the spiritual strength to finish the journey and I know all of your love and support will make a huge difference in how quickly she recovers.  I'm sooo relieved and gratified just knowing the surgery is over!
