Happy Mother's Day!

I wanted to wish all of you moms a very happy Mother's Day!  I didn't get a chance to do this yesterday, because I was too busy enjoying my own family. 

What makes the perfect Mother's Day?  Is it the presents, the cards, the money spent?  If you are a mom, you know the answer is NO!  The perfect Mother's Day is about spending time with your family and that is just what I did yesterday.  We went out to lunch, we watched movies together, we played games, and just hung out.  It was WONDERFUL!  Thank you to my sweet Hannah and Scott for giving me the BEST Mother's Day!

And to my mom, I love you so much!  Thank you for taking such good care of me all of these years!  God blessed me so greatly when He sent me into your arms and I will never be able to tell you enough how much I love you!

Please Help!

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. In the time since Jason and I started working together, a lot has happened.  We founded a charity for children and young adults with diabetes called the Jason Dunn Diabetes Foundation ( www.jasondunnfoundation.com ); we put together an 8 state tour to support this foundation; and now, we have launched a campaign through a website called Faith Launcher ( www.faithlauncher.com ) to help pay off the debt from Jason's new album, Abandon Progress, but also, hopefully, to raise money for our foundation. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
