Happy Two Year Re-Birth Day to Me!

It is hard to believe, but two years ago, right now, I was in surgery receiving the most amazing gift of all, the gift of new life and lungs.  God bless my donor!

What an amazing two years this has been.  I have so much to be thankful for!  Thank you all for your continued love and prayers!

Happy 2 years, my dear friend! I wanted to call today but was crazy busy all day with kids' holiday concert, etc. I will call this week so we can catch up. I thought of you and Jamie all day...and your donors. Thank you for being such a comfort to me in life. Much love to you!

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. In the time since Jason and I started working together, a lot has happened.  We founded a charity for children and young adults with diabetes called the Jason Dunn Diabetes Foundation ( www.jasondunnfoundation.com ); we put together an 8 state tour to support this foundation; and now, we have launched a campaign through a website called Faith Launcher ( www.faithlauncher.com ) to help pay off the debt from Jason's new album, Abandon Progress, but also, hopefully, to raise money for our foundation. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
