The Power of Prayer

You all have the most powerful prayers EVER!! This morning I received a call from my Scotty telling me he and Hannah miss me too much and had decided to come to Pittsburgh today and stay until Monday. I couldn't have been happier! That is just what I needed to help my hurting heart. It has felt like Christmas Eve all day. They should be here in about an hour, I can't wait!

Thank you all so much for your prayers, they truly do make a HUGE difference!

Please don't fret if you don't hear from me until Monday, I want to spend all of my time with my family. I promise, though, if we get the call, we will make sure to post the good news.

What a wonderful gift having Scott and Hannah come for a visit. I hope you had the best time and just enjoyed being with them! You deserved it! I hope their visit gives you another boost as you wait for those precious lungs to come. Hang in there! Sending you lots of love and prayers!

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. In the time since Jason and I started working together, a lot has happened.  We founded a charity for children and young adults with diabetes called the Jason Dunn Diabetes Foundation ( www.jasondunnfoundation.com ); we put together an 8 state tour to support this foundation; and now, we have launched a campaign through a website called Faith Launcher ( www.faithlauncher.com ) to help pay off the debt from Jason's new album, Abandon Progress, but also, hopefully, to raise money for our foundation. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
