Thank you!

Thank you all so much for your flattering comments about my new style. Yes, we did color it too. I had wanted blond with red highlights, but got strawberry color instead, oh well.

Yesterday was another quiet day. I slept quite a bit, so I am feeling more rested today. My friend Julie, I spoke of her in an earlier post, (she is waiting for multiple organs) got some discouraging news yesterday. Please pray for her strength and for her doctors to make the correct decisions regarding her care. My heart just goes out to her and her mom.

Today it has been 4 weeks, it is hard to believe we have been here that long, but I truly feel my time is coming soon. The sun is shining today and my spirits are high, good news is right around the corner!

I do love the hair! Actually, in Feb., I did the same thing. I chopped all 13 inches of my hair off too! I did donate it to Lochs of Love. Is it Lochs or Locks? Anyways, it's the year of change! I can't believe that it has been 4 weeks already. Time surely does fly. Your time will come before you know it. I pray for it every day. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. I miss you, Hannah, and Scott very much! Please give them my love. Tell your parents I said hello. Keep the faith, for I am! Take care and love ya!

Please Help!

Hello Friends!  As most of you know, I have felt called to assist Christian artist Jason Dunn.  Jason made such a huge impact on my Hannah through his music and positive outlook at a time when she was emotionally and spiritually lost.  God used Jason to answer a very special prayer I had sent to him regarding Hannah. In the time since Jason and I started working together, a lot has happened.  We founded a charity for children and young adults with diabetes called the Jason Dunn Diabetes Foundation ( www.jasondunnfoundation.com ); we put together an 8 state tour to support this foundation; and now, we have launched a campaign through a website called Faith Launcher ( www.faithlauncher.com ) to help pay off the debt from Jason's new album, Abandon Progress, but also, hopefully, to raise money for our foundation. Pain is under control

I was very concerned last night when the pain returned with a vengeance, I almost had to return to the ER, but I was able to talk to my brother-in-law and he suggested I take a second pain pill and that made the difference. I have made sure to be on top of the pain and not let it get so bad again. Hannah stayed home again today, but I am hoping that she will be able to return to school tomorrow. This is a nasty bug! I couldn't let Scott have all of the St. Patty's day fun. What do you think, do curls suite me? Love to you all! Nancy
